George is an Assistant Director in the country's most successful Multi Academy Trust, overseeing nine large secondary schools in London all of which are judged by Ofsted as either 'Good' or 'Outstanding'.  A National Leader of Education since 2014, he has spent over a decade coaching, mentoring, and developing senior leaders across the country, helping schools and organisations identify areas for improvement and drive meaningful change.

With over 15 years as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher and now Assistant Director, George understands first-hand what it takes to lead under pressure, navigate complex challenges, and build high-performing teams. He is passionate about developing leaders at every level—equipping them with the skills, confidence, and self-awareness to create thriving work cultures and lasting impact.

George’s expertise extends beyond education into executive coaching, leadership development, and organisational change. He holds advanced qualifications in coaching and systems leadership, including an Advanced Diploma in Transformational Coaching (EMCC) and ORSC Systems Coaching Certification, and is a Time to Think™ and Insights Discovery Practitioner.

As Executive Chairman of Leaderbeing, George supports the organisation’s strategic vision and leadership impact, ensuring our programmes remain deeply relevant to the evolving needs of leaders and organisations. He plays a key role in coaching and developing senior teams, drawing on his expertise in leadership resilience, high-performance cultures, and transformational change.

Outside of Leaderbeing, George lives in Surrey with his three teenagers, Leaderbeing CEO Jill, a massive dog, and two cats. He enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, skiing, and a good dose of laughter—believing that leadership, like life, should be approached with both discipline and joy.
