As Head of Partnerships at Leaderbeing, Dan fosters high-value relationships with organisations that recognise leadership as a force for meaningful change. He ensures our work reaches the right people, forging partnerships that embed behavioural intelligence, leadership resilience, and long-term organisational success.
Along the way, he has shared tea with the Dalai Lama, cycled to Mount Everest for charity, and—perhaps most notably—secured third place in a childhood competition to redesign the penguin enclosure at Edinburgh Zoo.
Dan lives in Edinburgh with his wife and two children. As he gets older, he’s enjoying the process of getting to know himself better—a journey, much like leadership, that never really ends.
