With experience spanning the commercial, non-profit, and sporting sectors, he has led global projects, built strategic partnerships, and developed high-performing teams.

With a strategic mind and a deep passion for people, Dan excels in stakeholder management, business development, and leadership coaching. He thrives under pressure, balancing responsibility with creativity, always looking for ways to unlock potential and create meaningful collaborations. An EMCC-accredited coach and Insights Discovery Practitioner, he brings a human-centred, results-driven approach to leadership and partnership development.

As Head of Partnerships at Leaderbeing, Dan fosters high-value relationships with organisations that recognise leadership as a force for meaningful change. He ensures our work reaches the right people, forging partnerships that embed behavioural intelligence, leadership resilience, and long-term organisational success.

Along the way, he has shared tea with the Dalai Lama, cycled to Mount Everest for charity, and—perhaps most notably—secured third place in a childhood competition to redesign the penguin enclosure at Edinburgh Zoo.

Dan lives in Edinburgh with his wife and two children. As he gets older, he’s enjoying the process of getting to know himself better—a journey, much like leadership, that never really ends.
